High-Toughness Carbon Fiber Fabric
The hub center must withstand high pressure and transmission torque, so a high-toughness plain-weave carbon fiber fabric is used (300–450 g/㎡, impregnated with modified epoxy resin, reinforced with chopped fiber mat for better interlaminar bonding).
Forging-Compatible Woven Carbon Fiber
The rim base must maintain circumferential structural integrity after forging. For this, high-density 3D woven carbon fiber is used (48K fiber tows, with a weaving density of 40 tows/10 cm radially and 50 tows/10 cm circumferentially).
Pre-curing and high-temperature curing with cooling
Resin impregnation with pre-curing and high-temperature curing with cooling — the key to a “strength upgrade.”Central locking integration — the core of “safety in assembly.”Clear coat finishing — the “final protection and appearance.”

Customizable Center Disc
Our carbon fiber wheels are composed of a carbon fiber rim and a forged aluminum alloy center disc. The design and finish of the center disc can be customized. In addition, we offer thousands of ready-made styles for you to choose from.
